The Social Chamber of the Supreme Court has issued a resolution by which the companies will be able to deliver the payrolls to the workers in computer support and not in paper support, as it was being done until now by the majority of companies, although until now it had marked a doctrine in which it was obliged that the payrolls were delivered in paper support.

In a resolution released Wednesday, the Social Chamber explains that it has changed the criterion “in view of the time elapsed since it was issued and the widespread use of computer support instead of paper to store and communicate data, documents, decisions widely used both in the private sphere and in the Public Administration.
