The Provincial Treasury of Guipuzcoa has published in the BOG the Foral Decree-Norm 5/2020 that regulates an extraordinary deduction in the financial year 2019, for estimated losses in the financial year 2020. In order to apply this deduction, the first requirement is that in 2019, the income from the activity has been positive and the net amount of the turnover corresponding to the first half of the year 2020, must be a maximum of 25% of the net amount of the turnover corresponding to the complete tax period of 2019.
